Hello! I've been an Airbnb host for 11+ years and I am unfortunately being audited for the year 2017. The IRS is requesting a report that shows all of my log-in times for that year. Of course, my log-ins were split between my desktop and my mobile. Can someone help please me in determining how I can obtain such a report from Airbnb support? Thank you, Michelle
Not sure if this helps, but I do believe that you can get your historical reservations from the Airbnb website, you may have also archived past bookings in your inbox. This will at least give the basic information you need to quantify your earnings.
Personally, I pdf every reservation to my laptop.
Good luck.
@Michelle2458 Are they asking for the number of log ins to the AirBnB site because you are claiming a home office or computer usage? Sounds bizarre. Personally, I log in to AirBnB at least three times a day per property listed.
I can not imagine such a report will be available at Airbnb.
When it is about reservations:
The "list of reservations" (tab: completed reservations) has a Filter option to select all reservations from a certain time period (like year 2017) , also to be downloaded as a CSV file (using Export option).
