My mom is nyima, we were looking for rentals and she found that “Nathalia” in gumtree. So she forwarded me that email.

Why not just simply look directly on the airbnb site to find a rental.

It's doubtful anyone would have the inclination to follow the shady links you provide.

Of course it’s a scam. That’s clearly not a link to a listing on Airbnb.

it’s a common scam for people to post on sites such as gumtree asking people to pay a deposit for non existing listings.

if you want to book a short term rental you will only find a booking on Airbnb by using their website.
