Our property has been listed for just short of 3 months. We are set to Instant Book, with Government Issued ID Required. However, I just check and our listing RANDOMLY changed so that box was no longer "checked".
Our listing also shows that we offer breakfast, which we definitely DO NOT!
How is it that these important features can randomly change?
Is there a way we can be notified when changes are made to our account?
I was notified that someone several states away was trying to hack into my account, but never got a response from Airbnb on how to fix that issue.
@Lisa6527 Random changes on listing settings are common enough that I check mine daily. Scrutinize bookings carefully for price glitches. I also have a quick look at my activity log occasionally and change my password a few times a year. There is no way to be 'notified' because these are due to bugs and glitches.
Nope, need to check all the time. As soon as they do an update all your settings are completely off.
And - if you get a booking with the screwed settings, that is your problem, not theirs!
Thanks for the replies! There is so much to learn/know!
