Superhost Status

77 Review and only 2 cancellations by me, the host. Why does this effect my Superhost Status. I am not going to lower my price point so the property will stay booked for pennies only to achieve Superhost status

I think the issue is on the two cancellations

quoted from the HELP, a Superhost must:

"Maintained a 1% cancellation rate (1 cancellation per 100 reservations) or lower, with exceptions made for those that fall under our Extenuating Circumstances Policy"

Did you look at your statistics ?:
