Travel Credits - Where, When, and How?

I planned a large event in November of 2019 (ha. yea. I know.) and had to cancel because of COVID. My deposit was turned into travel credits. However, I can't seem to find the following:

1) Where can I check how many travel credits I have left

2) When travel credits due to COVID expire?

3) How can I choose whether or not to use them?
