Airbnb are refusing to allow non UK-residents to cancel their reservation in the UK despite the legal requirement for 14 days quarantine on arrival. The reason I am given? - this is not our policy.
Anyone had any joy getting them to follow the law?
@Escape-To-St-Ives0 Good to hear. I am sure that the quarantine requirement will be gone well before the end of June so should not affect any bookings outside of the July 15th EC window.
