I need to book accommodation from 15 March in Italy.

I mean from today, but I cannot do it, because I see that there is possibility from tomorrow.

Do you mean the accommodation you want to book is not available? @Renata469 

If so, use the search function on Airbnb to find other listing that accept same day bookings. Not all hosts do because they need to allow time for special Covid cleaning @Renata469 

I presume you have already checked travel restrictions to see if short term rentals are currently allowed. 

For example, in the UK we are under lockdown till mid April.
