emails on iphone

Does anyone know why my iphone 8 shows only a small amount of either an enquiry email or a booking email? My PC shows the entire message but the iphone will show only about the first 2 lines or so.

Hi @Geoff86, welcome to the Community Center, and I'm sorry to hear you are getting this issue. If this is happening on your email app then it sounds like it could be an issue related to this app specifically - have you had the issue with any other emails, or only Airbnb ones?

No only AirBnB texts

Ok thanks for clarifying @Geoff86 - the best thing to do would be to double check your notification settings (see the link for instructions on how to do this). If they look ok and text notifications are selected, then get in touch with Support and they should be able to assist 🙂
