Does anybody know if we can contact airbnb via email? 

I have had very bad renters who left the house in a disgusting state and broke several furnitures. Yesterday I made a claim, however today I found out the couch is also broken, I can not add on to the claim or make a new one. Any suggestions? Can I cantact Airbnb directly??
