Hello @Bhumika, We didn't get pay for more then 2month now, despite all my call to customer services, each call are answered by different person, in the past 2 weeks, I called almost every other day, they hold our 49+ payout worth more the $20,000 USD.
I already tried 5 different airbnb numbers : +1 888 635 7754 // + 1 855 424 7262 // + 1 844 234 2500 // + 1 415 800 5959 // +622150940269, I want talk to the specialist team or HQ, because different time zone, I need to stay up whole night in order and hoping to be able to speak to specialist team, since no one can solve my problem, but NO... all of this number end up in same department, morning time the call went to India, afternoon went to Manila, late night to Moscow and They keep saying " we put your case priority // our specialist team will contact you soon // your case already manage by higher department// rest assure // I will be personally assist you// ect..."
Problems start : Last month they send me message to INBOX as TRAVELLER (unfortunately we only open this inbox when we go travelling/not on daily basis) this is what they wrote:
26dec22: "We noticed that you currently have a payout going to a different individual/business who is not registered on the account. Please clarify your business relationship with .............. by replying directly to this message. Please complete this step as soon as possible to avoid your payouts being paused. "
29dec22:Thank you for your reply.
As per your confirmation, is operating this Airbnb host account, please use the following link to update your details as a business account:.................as soon as possible.

"We did not hear back from you regarding our request for additional details about your account. As a result, we were unable to complete your account’s verification. Until we hear back from you, your ability to receive a payout is paused.
In order to continue receiving payouts, please review our prior request for more information or contact us at airbnb... "
By the time i checked the inbox, they already closed the thread and when I click the link they sent me this is what came up:

This is very frustrating as there is no information/updates from Airbnb team, and we have bills and staff to pay. Plus we are still hosting guests and we are not being paid for them so this is causing lots of distress.
We also have many future reservations that if this issue is not solved we don´t know what to do with them?
Anyone had the same issue and/or solution regarding something similar? Thank you.

I am in the exact same situation with similar amounts of funds stuck like this and they are giving the same responses. I simply do not understand what is going on!
I am in the same situation. I am very disappointed. AIRBNB is such a big platform, why do they think it is right to do this. Is it that they intend to collect the guess money and have no intention to pay it over to the host who accommodated the guess? This is ridiculous, the guess paid, stayed at our property and Airbnb refuse to pay over. This is not right. This need to be urgently addressed.
