How long does it take for AirBnB to review my accessibility photos? It's been a couple of months since I tried to add them to my listing. My home has 36" interior doors and no steps inside or out, but the first time I tried to add photos they were rejected so I re-did and resubmitted them all.
Hi @Darlene191,
Did you hear anything more on this since your post?
@John6049 @Caleb149 @Gigi147 I think you've gone through the same process before, any useful insights you could share with Darlene maybe?
Thanks,
Emilie

Emilie, yours is the response I've seen.
Our accessibility photos did eventually show up, but only after I hounded several customer service agents. All I got as a response was that they were working on it. And, eventually, they came through.
I have posted 7 inquiries (about once a month) on Airbnb's Facebook as to the fate of my accessibility photos, which have been perpetually "in review."
I have received 7 replies that my concern is being forwarded to the "relevant team," and thanking me for my patience. I have no patience left with this process.
