We just listed our apartment a few days ago and have had two instant bookings from 2 families with reviews. This morning I woke up to find a ‘booking request’ from someone who joined in June 2022 with no reviews. I have read before about not accepting guests without reviews? How can you decline a booking without being penalised by Airbnb?
@Eliana274 we regularly take guests with no reviews. If you have concerns just message the guest and ask them relevant questions. By definition every 5star guest's first stay was with a host who accepted them even though they had no reviews.
