I have been recently facing a-lot of challenges regarding no bookings in San Mateo, CA. Would love suggestions, I have a 2BR Oasis with pool and hot-tub and it also comes with stunning views cant seem to find the problem for no bookings. Rating is 4.2+.

@Yousuf19 There appear to be significant cleanliness issues with the pool and windows. Any rating below about 4.8 is a turn-off to me as a guest so you really need to address these issues before they arise.

I must admit to being a bit confused as to which of your 18 listings related to San Mateo, CA, as apart from one in the US which didn't appear to relate to San Mateo, a lot of the other Airbnb's appeared to be in Pakistan.

Is there anything within the image of the San Mateo property you could please mention to allow me to go straight to the correct property, as I'll then be able to look at it, and its wording, just in case there's anything I can suggest?

I understand the comfusion. I got a few other listings coming in Today. Well I got it done by help of a Host. Appreciate all the replies by this Community.
