Breakdown sheet

Is there a break down form? I share my suite with the owner of the property.  I am looking for a spread sheet or something that I can break down, payout, bills and supplies. I would appreciate any help.

@Connie620 you just need a simple excel or other spreadsheet. The less well known are usually supplied with your computers operating system.

You can create an Excel spreadsheet yourself that can do that. Lots of tutorials on YouTube.

Some Hosts use QuickBooks or Quicken software to track business expenses, but of course there is a cost for that software.
