CSV report

When I download the CSV earning report the amount it shows for cleaning is way more than the actual amount that we collect.  The total is split between cleaning and linen but the total should be $145 total between my share and what our property manager gets (20%).  Instead the total is twice that or $290.  How do we get the Airbnb to fix this report?
