Can I alter new listing promotion

Hi,

I tried to find this particular question on a thread but not luck.  Ultimately I would like to alter the END dates of my 20% off new listing promotion. 

 I have a new listing and my first 21 day booking.  I signed up for the 20% new listing promotion (NLP) and the new booking is confirmed and on the calendar.  The problem is, somehow Airbnb gave a 28% discount on this new listing.  I have no idea why.  SO, My goal is to remove the NLP and replace it with targeted length of stay discounts instead.  

My questions: 

1. Can I change the END date of the NLP or do I have to delete it?

2.  If I delete the NLP, will it remove it for my confirmed guest causing her rate to go up before her stay?  (I want to prevent this)

If all else fails, you can just redo it, and I’m pretty sure any confirmed bookings won’t be affected. Confirmed bookings are pretty much locked in under the conditions in force when the booking occurred.

Just delete the NLP. The current booking won’t be affected, as long as it’s already confirmed, before deleting. Are you sure you don’t have another discount in place somewhere? That seems the likely reason why the guest was given 28% off. If you’re sure you don’t, then it could be a glitch, which is by no means unusual around these parts, and you may want to hold off enacting  further discounts until you get that sorted.
