Changeover fee -Cleaners

Hi just wondering if anyone knows approximate prices for a changeover in a 5 bedroom house, 2 bathrooms, and 3 living rooms per change over? I usually strip the beds, remove all towels, tea towels etc before cleaner arrives in - then they do cleaning, bed-linen, and leave out towels etc.

Rough idea or guideline would be appreciated. Thanks
