City requirements - Hermosa Beach CA

I believe our city municipal codes requires monthly rentals.  Nothing shorter.  Is there a way to handle that requirement?

Yes the way to handle the requirement is to set up your listing for minimum 30 night stays @Glen810

Do not break the law. Seriously. Find a good long term tenant - Zillow has it all set up for advertising rentals, and screening prospective tenants. It is well organized and efficient.
