Claim has been sitting with AirBnB resolutions for days on end now
AirBnB has been given all the information to make a reimbursement for a claim and they have now been dragging their feet. What do I do to expedite the process?
I have created 100 plus phone calls with airbnb to escalate this ticket.
Besides arbitration or small claims court, any other good suggestion?
It has been sitting for a while now. This morning CS person called Simi says that she does not recognize that Commute for the Electrician is also an valid cost for Electrical work and labour charges for electrical work can be claimed. It is ridiculous, they want me to do electrical work in my home. They also want detailed invoices and incident reports that the vendor cannot provide, so I have to use my biz to crate these and then they complain about that as well. It is always this or that.
