Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice from other co-hosts.
I own and host my own Airbnb, which I’ve built up to a 5-star rating and Guest Favorite status. More recently, I was approved as an Airbnb Co-Host and have started receiving quite a few inquiries from homeowners interested in co-hosting.
The problem is that after I reply, many of them never respond again.
My typical response is something like, “I’d love to help. I offer a range of co-hosting services depending on what you need, and I’d be happy to jump on a call to discuss your property.” Sometimes I’ll also include a quick piece of constructive feedback, for example suggesting that professional photography could help attract more bookings if I notice their listing photos could be improved.
After that nothing. I’m curious what approach other successful co-hosts are taking. Ot is it just common for people to make inquiries without being particularly serious?
Don't worry I'm an approved airbnb cohost and I never hear back from most who send inquiries @Anna18159
Hi @Anna18159 , most people who connect with me ghost me too. It’s not you.
I also provide completely free support to new hosts as a Superhost Ambassador, and a good chunk of them also never respond. I think a lot of folks log on once, and then never return.
