@Crizteon0 Totally fine and very normal in places outside the the US, and if it has a lovely view, the top floor will be desirable for the young and athletic 🙂 Just make sure you tell people that if they're not traveling light, they'll be carrying a heavy suitcase up the steps, unless you plan to meet them and carry it up for them. (Spoken as someone who never travels light!) There are plenty of people who use Airbnbs and are used to staying at places without a lift.
@Crizteon0 It depends on a lot of things....like if the ground floor is opening out onto a pool or a garden and is in a very safe area, then better. Most times though, especially in a city, a top floor is probably preferable.
