Hi, wondering if anyone on here would be able to answer a question, I have had to claim for damages through the resolution centre (long winded and slow process) anyway.....my question is if and ATM this seems like a huge "if" I do get paid out do Airbnb pay the host or the company who has provided the quote/work, the damages need fixing due to up and coming bookings, I know I'm going to have to foot the bill to avoid cancelling future bookings until (fingers crossed) the issue is resolved.
