We are thinking of converting a higher end flip house near downtown into an airbnb.  This would be a $250 to $500 per night rental based on local events.  We have rented small one bedrooms units successfully in this market.  Is there a way in your system to determine estimated occupancy so we can justify our budget?

AirDNA gives you a plethora of this kind of info. Some of the more basic statistics (occupancy, RevPar, etc.) you can see for free on their website. AirDNA also includes more data than just Airbnb data, to give you a more comprehensive picture.
