Didn't get paid

Hello,

I have a question: why I didn't get paid yet?! Usually Airbnb made the payment after 24 hour of the check-in of my guests but this is the first time that it is already 48 hours and nothing happened?! 

Could anyone advise please whom to contact?!

I have noticed that Airbnb are delaying the payments. I had a guest checking on the 2nd and leave on the 4th and Airbnb said they won’t be paying me until the 12th. I don’t understand why. You can call them but you have to do it from the website. Find the contact link and keep clicking it multiple times and eventually a phone number will pop up. They do not make it easy.
