Do I get discount if I want to stay at an airbnb?

@Linda4564 The simple answer is no. You do however get a Superhost voucher every year which is worth $100. Spending it on a non-stay in Ukraine would, however, increase its value immeasurably.

Hi @Linda4564 Airbnb does not offer a general discount specifically for hosts when they book stays at other Airbnb properties. If you will stay at an Airbnb, you will do the same booking process as other guests do. @Mike-And-Jane0 is correct, hosts who achieve Superhost status for a year (four consecutive quarters) are rewarded with a $100 travel credit, which can be applied to their stays at Airbnb properties.
