Do people really wait until the last minute to book for Superbowl?

Greetings Fellow Hosts:

I am wondering if anyone has experience with renting your home during Superbowl?

We manage 3 rentals all in Glendale, Arizona (all close to the Stadium) are Superhosts (All 5 star reivews) ...and have yet to get a Superbowl Booking. We have even adjusted our pricing to be competitive to the competition....

Do people really wait until the last minute to book for Superbowl?

Does anyone have any tips to get a booking? Marketing, Pricing, etc.
