Don’t receive my payment

After 14 days I still didn’t get my payment. It is more than 5000. I called Airbnb twice and they say there is an error at the system and that a technology team will take care of it . But after 48 hours I still don’t have my payment . What shoul I do? I was counting with money at the beginning of the year . It is a really bad situation.
