Hello I just joined AirBnb because am interested in becoming a host but I don't own an property.
Hi all,
Am I missing something or does the Airbnb earnings page not show any info about cleaning fees paid out by month, like it used to? I feel like it’s pretty vague.

Updating for 0/7/24: How to generate a CSV including cleaning fees:
- Navigate to your main earnings tab (The page says "You've made ___ this month" at the top)
- Scroll down to Paid section and click "show all paid"
- That will bring you to a page with a "generate CSV" option, and once you are there you can decide which fields to include, with cleaning fees being one of the fields.
This seems to be the ONLY place where you can generate a CSV - not from any other pages. Hope this helps others in the future, I had to call and talk to Airbnb support to figure this out.
@Alexander1460 I think it disappeared on the earnings page, but still visible on the .csv report you can generate from your earnings page. Airbnb has been making significant changes to how cleaning fees are displayed and managed, likely affecting what you see on the earnings page. Hope this helps!

Hi @Alexander1460, I hope everything is well with you 😊
Have you had a chance to look at Alicia's suggestion? I hope it provides some clarity.
