Expected occupancy at Nandi hills Bangalore

Hi Airbnb community,

Am setting up a greenfield mini resort at Nandi Hills, Bangalore, India and am collecting occupancy expectations from various experts. Will be super helpful to get the views of other hosts operating properties in the region.

I understand occupancy is a function of a multitude of things but need a general opinion on Nandi hills before I invest significantly
