For Hosts in the Smokies area: What Are You Using for Turnovers and Maintenance?

Hi everyone — I know this community is mostly for hosts, but I hope it’s okay to ask and contribute as someone who works closely with them. I’m based in Sevierville and run a small local business called Cabinology that helps with turnover cleanings and preventative maintenance for STRs in the Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville areas.

 

I’ve seen a lot of local hosts struggle to find reliable help, so I wanted to ask: what have you found works well for managing cleanings or maintenance in this area?

As you say this is a community for hosts and guests and it's against the terms of this community to try and use it to promote third party businesses. 

if you want to simply share what's been working for your clients rather than market your business you can ask the hosts you work with to post advice on their local host groups @Kimberly1388
