Does Airbnb offer formal monthly statements or is downloading (or emailing) the csv file the only option?

@Larry534 oooh that's rather smart. I have never seen anything like it so can only assume its a US thing. It would be lovely if they gave a similar thing in the UK although it would have to run April 6th to April 5th as we have one of the most bizarre tax years in the world compounded by being able to choose cash accounting meaning the key dates and when cashes received not when the stay actually happens!

@Mike-And-Jane0  I have never seen that report and I am in the US.  Perhaps it is one that is generated if your listing is registered as a business listing -- it certainly isn't anywhere on a personal listing like mine.

Why don't you just download it? It's right there, available to you on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
