Formula for Net Earning

Hi there, is there a set formula for calculating host's net earning? I would like to figure out the gross rate that guests pay to Airbnb based on host's net earning. Thank you. Aydin

You can use the price calculator (in the listing calender) to see in detail what guest are paying and host will be earning.

Thank you for your reply! The pricing when a guest wants to book and the pricing under "Pricing and Availability" on the listing for the same length of stay do not match. That discrepancy is confusing and it is not clear what exactly host's net earning is going to be.
