Hai. I'm Irda. I would like to asks hosts if there is a system that confirms guest checkout and alerts cleaning workflow? Will it helps with your operations?

No that's one of your jobs as the owner to check with your guests about their check out time so you can co-ordinate your cleaning schedules. @Irda54

@Irda54 I would recommend adding to your checkout instructions-in a very friendly way— asking if your guest will text you or message you on the Airbnb app when they check out. I do this, and usually they do. 

(I’m not a fan of tech stacking, especially where good old-fashioned communication can usually solve the problems!)
