However, I didn’t see anything put my electricity in my water bill came out a lot higher than normal not only that I was running a promotion for those days so they pay half but they end up not paying 14 days I will stay now I’m stuck with large bills and no one is responding and I need someone to help me.

@Gloria1012 sorry but if you could lay out step by step what happened we might be able to suggest something.

Glad I'm not the only one who couldn't make out what they were trying to ask/say 😀😀😀

I think they just didn't leave after paying for only 5 days.  Sounds like she should have involved the police earlier.

I had guest stayed 14 days only paid 5 days.

I don't understand…all the fees are collected by Airbnb as well as VRBO...so why would they not have paid for their stay in advance?

@Gloria1012  Why did you let them stay? When the guest doesn't pay, they have to leave.

Yes, what happened is that they booked only five days and when the fifth day came she told me they didn’t have any money . and they weren’t able to leave .

Tell them you don't have any money either and are moving in to your property and that the police will kindly escort them out and put them on a bus to the nearest shelter.

Then you should have give over there then and evicted them as they were trespassing once the booking expired  @Gloria1012

why did you let me stay two weeks without payment ?

@Gloria1012. Hi Naranjo. You need to do some detective work. You should be able to ask both electricity and water utility providers to investigate if its an unusually higher bill than normal. Check the hot tub- do you know how much power it uses and could it have a leak?

Did your guests have lots of extra guests who took long showers? I assume you were there so would have noticed?

You need to protect yourself and your property- eg cameras, strict House Rules and knowing ways to terminate overstaying guests.

Your listing is incomplete. Take some time to refresh it and add more information, especially rules and setting expectations.

Good luck.
