HST/GST in Ontario Canada

I recently added my HST/GST number to my listing and was told my airbnb that taxes will be paid on top of my accommodation price, however its just been collecting the 6% MAT and 13% on only the service fee excluding the cleaning and base price. 

The work around that i have seen for this is that i add a custom tax of 13% on the guest base price and cleaning fee. Does anyone have a resolution to the matter or insight?
