Help with a new listing

Hi, We're new and about to list our first listing. On the pricing section, there's no place to add cleaning fees. Other articles state to click on a specific link which isn't visible to us. Anyone run into this issue? Any suggestions? It's for a detached cottage on our property. We are also unable to add in taxes, cancellation policy, etc. Any help is appreciated.

@Corey183 Some options only become available once you publish the listing. Not sure if cleaning fees/taxes are one of these or not. Try publishing and then snooze while you sort out the pricing but don't snooze for too long or you lose the new listing boost in the search rankings.

You will find the cleaning fee, cancellation policy, tax, and other detail after the listing is published.
While creating your new listing, update your window calendar and block from today to the next six months to maintain your listing live and then finish your listing and publishing.

Follow up in the Airbnb App, filling up the listing page's detail and the booking set. Do double-check everything when you ready and open up the calendar again.
