Honolulu Host

We have a property in Honolulu that we are going to be using as a vacation rental. The problem is we live out of state. Are there any other out of state hosts on here with Honolulu property that can tell me what they do about the following?

- Do you have a co-host that handles the boots on the ground stuff? If so, can you share who it is you use?

- Who do you use for cleaning?

- Who do you use for maintenance?

And anything else that I am not thinking of?
