Host international properties

Aloha! I need some info on how to host a property that it’s in another country , please. Is there any special documentation needed? Thank you so much!

@Liana2595 Nothing needed by Airbnb other than perhaps some tax info. The country may need some info though - What country are you considering?

You need to check with the  local government /government in the country/location you are considering . Many areas now have STR restrictions you need to comply with @Liana2595 

Information on STR regulations are normally on their website.

Your accountant can advise on any dual tax regulations.
