Hosting airbnb in Spain from Germany

Hi guys,

 

I'm really considering to host my house in Spain. The thing is, I am from Germany and also living here.
Is there anything I need to consider like having a spanish bank account oder anything?
Any help would be highly appreciated:)

And educate yourself about German tax rules regarding owing and renting foreign properties. IMHO you can receive payouts on a German bank account, as Germany is your country of residence.
