@Virginia685 Since your listing is for 9 guests, why in the world would you even want to entertain 12-35 guests? This could possibly turn into unimaginable problems—from not following house rules; damage to property and/or furniture; excessive people for size of home; excessive noise for neighborhood unless you’re on 3 acres; and all different ages in attendance. I think you should rethink this.

Also, as a SH, you know personal contact info is against airbnb TOS.

Parties and events are banned on Airbnb (unless you are speciality venue, such as a hotel). See: https://news.airbnb.com/airbnb-announces-global-party-ban/

Apart from the potential issues @Gwen386 mentioned, if someone, e.g. a neighbour, reports the party to Airbnb, they will most likely shut instantly suspend your listings and possibly cancel future bookings.

Just don't go there. If a guest asks for this, it's simple. All you have to tell them is that Airbnb prohibits parties and events.

Thanks @Huma0 for the reminder.
