Not quite sure what you are asking here @Nick1798
Lots of hosts have listings they don't live at.
If you are hosting remotely and don't live within easy access to your listing, I would say that you should have a local co-host who can manage things on the ground.

Thanks, can I find a local 'co-host' via the AirBnB forum or would I have to already need to know someone who could be a co host?
Have you tried posting on the London host group and asking for recommendations. You can post here and ask but personally I think it is better to ask for recommendations from hosts who have used a co-host and can recommend them @Nick1798
Don't forget to take up references, have a contract etc.
I may be able to help you with co-hosting - shoot me a message if you'd like to discuss!
@Brian408 how are you able to provide a local co-host support to a London host?
