Housekeeping Fees

Hi,

I am new to this.   I was wondering what is usually charged for a cleaning fee.   I have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Upstate NY.  It sleeps 8 people.  I usually get 6 - 8 people groups booking because I am the only one in my area that has can accomodate that many.  However, I sometimes get 2 - 4 folks that book a stay.   

The added time to strip the beds and do laundry (bedding / towels) for 6-8 people is having me consider raising the cleaning fee.   Is there a way to charge that fee based upon occupancy?  I am not looking to make a buck here, but it is costing me more than what is charged for the larger groups.

@Laura5176 @Do you have the extra guest fee added after 2 or 4 guests? This is a great way to add extra fees based upon the number of guests in the reservation.

Thank you. I did not know what Extra Guest Fee was for!  I will look into it.  Thank you.

@Laura5176 Just be aware that the extra guest fee isn't perfect because you can have 3 guests who need and use all the bedrooms or 4 guests who only use 2 bedrooms. It is probably the best you can do but just be aware of the above.
