A normal mistake, you don't have your listing at it's best presentation.

Think you are building an online brohure for your renta.  A potential Guet Photo's -  This is the only visual they have until they arrive.  If they are renting a privagte room show more than a bed where can I put my clothes?  Is there a window?  Is there walking room?

They want to seethe bathroom area they will use.

Then shared spaces.  A potential Guest for a shared rental just wants to know .  Can I sit and eat?  Can U store a few things in a refrigerator?  Can I heat upfood?  Make coffee?

Is the living room open?    Guests just want to be aware what is open?

Rhe Airbnb Platform has room fplders easier for a potential guest do a visual walk through of rhe rental.

The Airbmb Plarform offers 5 pages witg suggested yopics that potential Guests are interested in knowing.

Amenities, you should list everything not just kitchen  Your standard kutchen idea might be different.  Average is more like 50 or 60 per listing.

Then instead of a Sale price.  Use the Airbnb New Listing Discount that will give a boost to get your first 3 .

@Carol10690 The listings descriptions are too short. A guest looking for an accommodation has no idea about your place, so he needs to know more. Try to provide as much information as you can. Imagine you are a traveler looking for home. 

The photos definitely need improvement. Seems that the camera quality is low. Could you use another camera? Maybe asking anyone who are skilled at it, ideally a professional photographer.
