How can I boost my property reach to the target customer?

Recently I started apartment rental in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This City seems not much popular from a touristic perspective but people come here for various businesses and events purposes!

I created listings approximately 2 months ago, yet not receiving reservations. 😞

How can I boost my property listing so that gain reservations ???

Thanks in advance for your kind suggestions...

Good evening

Starting out in a city that’s more business-focused than tourist-focused can take a little time, so don’t be discouraged — many of us went through the same slow first months.

Here are a few things that usually help new listings pick up momentum:

1. Make sure your pricing is competitive for the first 8–12 weeks
New listings get a boost when the nightly rate is attractive. Once you collect a few strong reviews, you can gradually increase it.

2. Update your title to highlight what business travelers care about
Examples:
• “Near Business District – Fast WiFi & Workspace”
• “Airport Access • Safe Area • Monthly Discounts”

3. Add photos that show reliability
Business guests want clarity. Include:
• Workspace area
• WiFi speed screenshot
• Entrance photo for easy check-in
• Kitchen basics

4. Enable ‘Long-Stay Discounts’
Dhaka attracts many long-term workers. A 15–25% discount for 28+ nights can bring consistent bookings.

5. Turn on Instant Book (if comfortable)
It helps new hosts rank higher in search results.

6. Share your listing link on local Facebook groups
Dhaka has many groups for expats, students, and professionals looking for safe, short-term apartments.

Don’t worry — your listing is still very new. With a few tweaks, you should start seeing reservations soon. You’re already on the right path by reaching out for advice. 🌟
