How can I increase bookings on Airbnb?

I joined Airbnb last year and have been working on enhancing my profile by updating it with improved hotel images. Despite these efforts, I have only received one booking up to this point. I am interested in learning from other experienced hosts. Could anyone kindly provide me with some advice? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
