How do I find cohosting opportunities in Palm Beach?

I was an AirBnB host for years in Harare, Johannesburg and briefly last year in New York City before the ban. I have moved to West Palm Beach and I am looking for cohosting opportunities here and on Palm Beach. I have submitted my application through the website. Do you have any advice on how to get started?
