How to address lack of info on a profile.

Hi. So we got a booking for October (time to address it), but the renter has zero info on his profile. The last time this happened, the renters had a giant party and trashed the place. We're still pretty new to the Airbnb thing (October 2020), so not really sure how to address it. Message him and ask? It will be a full house (6 guests), so I'm a little leary.

Just ask in a polite way the information you want to know, like:

Is this your first booking on Airbnb  ? (if no reviews)

What is the purpose of your stay ? (recreational, work, study)

If no ID verified tell the guest ID verification must be completed first before booking can be accepted.

Emphasize also guest must read all information and houserules in the listing.

Not only the answers, but also the way people respond tells you a lot about the potential guest.

If there is technically no good match like guest wants something which is not (or can not be)  offered, then ask guest to retract the booking request (It saves you a decline).
