I have. guest who had to cancel literally hours before arrival because of roads and bridges being washed out due to extreme flooding. When I try and refund her the money, it tells me: No money has been sent. Please try again now. And has a red warning signal next to that message
But repeated trials tell me the same thing......
So, I don´t know what to do to get this guest her refund! Suggestions would be most appreciated

I hope you and your Guest who had to cancel are safe and the floods are receding,
Have you offered to provide the guest with an alternative date in the future?
Maybe that is an option if she has already paid the funds or they may sit in ABB account until they are refunded.
Perhaps msg them and suggest you both keep in touch for when it's possible to travel again so you both have something to look forward to.
