Your site tells me that you refunded me the full amount of $499.82 on 20/4 at 10:28am but all we received was $50!

Please could you look into this for me and find out what has gone wrong.

@Anita934  You have posted this on the Airbnb community discussion forum. This isn't Airbnb customer service, just a place where hosts and guests post to ask questions and discuss things. No one here can do anything about your refund. Try contacting them on their Twitter account.
