I am trying to get money from air bnb for a reservation

Our guests have paid and air bnb says they have paid us but our bank cannot find any trace of payment. Who do I contact in air bnb about this ? I am in south africa

@Robyn301 you will have had an email from airbnb notifying you of the payout.

Has the date they give there for when the money will reach your account now passed?

When you check your transactions you will not see it labelled as airbnb, my latest ones have been labelled "citibank ire".
